I started to change my attitude toward the auditioning process when I begun booking. I started to sell myself less, prepared more for the roles and really investigate the characters as much as I could. Not feel like my self worth was dependent whether I booked a job or not. I started to realize that casting directors looking for someone who has a different attitude toward the auditioning process. You focus more on the work.
